Terms and Conditions: In order for a Chime Member (“Referrer”) to receive the $125.00 incentive reward and $10.00 temporary SpotMe Bonus Limit increase for this Coworker Referral incentive promotion (the “Promotion”), the following conditions must be met: (1) the Referrer must have an active Chime Checking Account (“Checking Account”); (2) the Referrer must send referrals to non-Chime members (“Referred”) within 10 days of receiving the Promotion; (3) the Referrer must meet SpotMe eligibility requirements; (4) the Referred must successfully enroll in Chime within 10 days of the Referrer receiving the Promotion; (5) the Referred must receive a Qualifying Direct Deposit of $200 or more into their Checking Account within 45 days of enrolling in Chime; (6) the Referred’s Qualifying Direct Deposit must come from the same direct deposit source/payer as the Referrer’s second or later Qualifying Direct Deposit. A Qualifying Direct Deposit is a deposit by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) that comes from your employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, or benefits payer OR a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (“OCT”) from your gig economy payer. Bank ACH transfers, Pay Anyone transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, and cash loads or deposits, one-time direct deposits, such as tax refunds and other similar transactions are not Qualifying Direct Deposits. Eligible Referrers will receive the $125.00 incentive reward deposited into their Checking Account generally within seven (7) calendar days after the above criteria is satisfied. Eligible Referrers may receive in-app banners, push notifications, and email notifications alerting them to the existence of this incentive and their eligibility to participate, but this is not a criteria to participate. Members may earn no more than $50.00 in SpotMe Bonus Limit referral increase and may earn no more than $1,000.00 in monetary referral rewards per calendar year (January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022 and January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023). No member’s SpotMe limit may exceed $200. Any earned SpotMe increases from this Promotion in the Member’s bonus queue (“Bonus Queue”) not yet added to the Member’s SpotMe limit (due to the promotional limit cap) will be added to the Member’s SpotMe limit on a rolling basis as the previously added SpotMe increases from this referral reward expire. Once the temporary SpotMe bonus limit ends, Members may no longer earn SpotMe increases on this referral reward, however the earned SpotMe bonuses in the Member’s Bonus Queue will not be lost. Any Referrer SpotMe Bonus limit increase referral reward will expire 184 calendar days from the Referred receiving a Qualifying Direct Deposit. If an eligible Referrer loses Bonus Limit eligibility, and the Referred completes the above conditions, the Referrer will receive the $10 temporary SpotMe limit increase referral reward only upon regaining Bonus Limit eligibility. Chime reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this offer, or terminate Referrer’s and Referred’s eligibility, at any time with or without prior notice. Credits of $600 or more will be reported on tax form 1099-MISC for Referrers. Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank, N.A., Members FDIC.
