Terms and Conditions: To be eligible for the Auto Insurance Offers Page SpotMe $5 bonus promotion (the “Promotion”), the Chime member (“Member”) must: (1) meet the SpotMe eligibility requirements; (2) be shown the Promotion in-app banner or push notification or receive the Promotion email; and (3) have navigated to the auto insurance offers page in the Chime app to view the auto insurance offers. Eligible Members who satisfy the above criteria will receive a $5 SpotMe increase. The eligible Member can earn up to $5 SpotMe limit increase through this Promotion but may not utilize more than $50 in total SpotMe limit increases across all Chime promotions. The $5 SpotMe increase for the Promotion will last 30 calendar days from the date the SpotMe increase for the Promotion was added to the eligible Member’s SpotMe limit. If an eligible Member has reached the $50 limit for SpotMe increases across all Chime promotions, Chime will add the $5 SpotMe increase for the Promotion to the Member’s bonus queue (“Bonus Queue”). The earned $5 SpotMe increase for the Promotion in the Member’s Bonus Queue not yet added to the Member’s SpotMe limit (due to the $50 cap) will be added to the Member’s SpotMe limit on a rolling basis. Once the Promotion ends, Members may no longer earn the $5 SpotMe increase for the Promotion, however the earned SpotMe bonus in the Member’s Bonus Queue will not be lost.

 

Members will not be enrolled in SpotMe automatically. Members must qualify for SpotMe and enroll manually through the Chime App in order to receive the promotion. To be eligible for SpotMe, the Member must receive a qualifying direct deposit of $200 or more to their Chime Checking. A “Qualifying Direct Deposit” is a deposit by Automated Clearing House (ACH) that comes from your employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer or benefits payer OR a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (OCT) from your gig economy payer. Bank ACH transfers, Pay Anyone transfers (f/k/a Pay Friends transfers), verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, cash loads or deposits, one-time direct deposits, such as tax refunds and other similar transactions are not Qualifying Direct Deposits. Chime members must be part of the Promotion in order to be eligible for the reward. The $5 SpotMe increase for the Promotion will be added to the Member’s SpotMe limit generally within 48 hours of the Member meeting the eligibility requirement. The Promotion will run from July 25, 2022 to August 23, 2022. Chime reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion terms or terminate the Member’s eligibility at any time with or without prior notice. Credits of $5 or more shall be reported on tax form 1099-INT. Banking services provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank N.A., Members FDIC.
