If your card is missing or you suspect unauthorized use, you can block all transactions on your Chime Debit Card and Chime Card. Open the Chime app and disable transactions to immediately prevent new debit or credit card purchases or ATM withdrawals.
Chime allows you to receive instant transaction alerts anytime you use your Chime debit card. Turn on daily notifications so you always know what’s happening with your money.

During each pay period, you are able to see your credit limit and the amount that is available to you to access that day. Money available to you can be accessed right from the Chime mobile app, and is transferred directly into your Chime Checking Account. The minimum amount that can be advanced at a time is $20, and the maximum is your available amount, up to your credit limit. Most members' credit limits start between $50 to $100, and can increase over time up to $500 depending on factors such as length and amount of your direct deposit activity.

Right now, MyPay is available to eligible Chime members who live in the states listed in the Bancorp MyPay Agreement and Stride MyPay Agreement, provided all other eligibility requirements are met. We are working to expand our state eligibility.
It is free to access MyPay and there is no optional tipping. There are no fees for scheduled advances, which arrive in your Chime Checking Account within 24 hours after requesting an advance. You can also choose to get money instantly for $2 to $5 per advance.
We believe in transparency. When you use MyPay, there is never any interest, no credit check, and instantly for $2 or $5 per advance2.
Chime does not perform a credit check when you use MyPay, and we do not report your payment history to the credit bureaus. Certain members of the Armed Forces and their dependents can receive benefits under the Military Lending Act. When you enroll in MyPay, we will verify whether you are eligible for those benefits. This is not a credit check and it does not affect your credit score.
Start by setting up a $200+ qualifying direct deposit. You must have an activated physical Chime card, receive qualifying direct deposits, and live in a state where MyPay is offered. If you become eligible, you’ll be invited to unlock MyPay. Right now, MyPay is available to anyone who lives in the states listed in our eligibility requirements, provided all other eligibility requirements are met. We are working to expand our state eligibility.
At Chime, we believe you should get your pay as soon as possible. With Get Paid Early14, you can also get your paycheck up to 2 days earlier than you normally would when you set up a direct deposit to your Chime Checking Account.
SpotMe5 is fee-free overdraft you don’t have to think about. If your account hits $0, SpotMe is there to cover you up to $200 on debit card purchases, credit card transactions, and cash withdrawals, as applicable, automatically, based upon your available limit. If you are enrolled in SpotMe, please check your Chime mobile app for details on your SpotMe limit.
MyPay puts you in control of payday by allowing you take an advance, up to $5001 any day before payday, depending on your credit limit, per pay period.
Chime makes money from the interchange fee charged on card transactions. Every time you use your Chime Visa® Debit Card or secured Chime Visa® Credit Card for purchases and paying bills, Visa processes the transaction and charges an interchange fee to merchants for the service. Chime receives a portion of this fee. This is how Chime can continue building new and better products that help members get the most from their money.
We have no fees to sign up, no overdraft fees, no monthly service fees, no minimum balance fees, and no card replacement fees either.
