New Chime Member / New Boost Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the following two (2) promotional offers (each an “Offer”, collectively, the “Promotion”) sponsored by Chime Financial, Inc. (“Chime”) in connection with Boost Mobile, a mobile phone service provided by Boost Subscriber Co L.L.C. (“Boost”). The Promotion includes two (2) separate Offers for eligible customers, “Offer 1” and “Offer 2”, respectively, and are for new eligible Boost customers who open a new Chime Checking Account (“Chime Account”) as first-time Chime members. The two Offers include opening a Chime Account after receiving a qualifying Boost / Chime advertisement for Boost service and navigating to a designated Chime Account opening landing page linked in that advertisement (the “Webpage”). You may receive the rewards under both Offer 1 and Offer 2, so long as you meet the applicable eligibility requirements for both Offers.

Promotion Duration and Limitations

This Promotion for new Chime Accounts begins on December 9, 2025, and remains in effect until the Boost / Chime Promotion advertisements and corresponding Webpage are removed, or as otherwise designated by Chime. If the Webpage is no longer accessible, you may no longer open a new Chime Account to earn rewards under the Promotion.

Chime reserves the right to change these Terms at any time in its sole discretion without prior notice to you. Changes to these Terms may include, among other things, amending eligibility requirements, imposing additional restrictions, modifying the Promotion or the Promotion duration or expiration date, or terminating the Promotion. No new Chime Account enrollments are eligible for this Promotion after the expiration of the Promotion. You may not combine this Promotion with another Chime Account opening bonus when you open your Chime Account. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other Chime Account opening bonuses outside of this Promotion. Your Chime Account must be in good standing at the time of reward disbursement.

Offer 1: New Boost Customers Who Open a Chime Account and Pay their Monthly Boost Bill With a Chime Visa Card

Eligibility

In order for a new Boost customer and new Chime member (“Member” or “you”) to qualify for this Offer and receive a $15.00 per month reward for up to 2 months, for a total reward of up to $30.00, you must:

  1. Enroll in the eligible Boost Unlimited plan through the designated Chime / Boost advertisement;
  2. Open a new Chime Account within 30 calendar days of enrolling in your Boost Unlimited plan using the Webpage;
  3. Use the same email address and phone number for both your eligible Boost and Chime Account enrollments; and
  4. Use your Chime Visa® Debit Card, Chime Credit Builder Visa Credit Card, or secured Chime Visa Credit Card (each individually a “Chime Visa Card”) to pay for your monthly eligible Boost Unlimited plan.

Offer Rewards Timing and Limitations

Only after meeting the above referenced Offer 1 eligibility criteria, Chime will credit your Chime Account $15.00 per month for up to two (2) months, to be paid in months three (3) and four (4) of being enrolled in Boost as part of this Chime Offer so long as you use your Chime Visa Card to pay your eligible Boost bill, for a total reward of up to $30.00. The $15.00 Offer 1 reward will be transferred into your Chime Account within seven (7) business days after each qualifying Boost payment, only in months three (3) and four (4) after enrollment. If you do not use a Chime Visa Card to pay your eligible Boost bill by month four (4) of your new Boost Unlimited plan, you will not be eligible to receive this Offer 1 reward. Limit one Offer to receive up to $30.00 in rewards under Offer 1 per customer.

Taxes

Credits of $600 or more will be reported on tax form 1099-MISC.

Offer 2: New Boost Customers Who Open a Chime Account, Receive Qualifying Direct Deposits of $500+ Per Month, and Pay their Monthly Boost Bill With a Chime Visa Card

Eligibility

In order for a new Boost customer and new Member to qualify for this Offer and receive the $25.00 per month reward for up to 12 months, for a total reward of up to $300.00, you must:

  1. Enroll in the eligible Boost Unlimited plan through the designated Chime / Boost advertisement;
  2. Open a new Chime Account within 30 calendar days of enrolling in your Boost Unlimited plan using the Webpage;
  3. Use the same email address and phone number for both your Boost and Chime Account enrollments;
  4. Receive a Qualifying Direct Deposit of at least $500.00 or more per month to your Chime Account – you must receive a Qualifying Direct Deposit of at least $500.00 in the 34 calendar days prior to your Boost Unlimited plan payment to be eligible for the reward; and
  5. Use a Chime Visa Card to pay for your monthly eligible Boost Unlimited plan.

A Qualifying Direct Deposit is a deposit by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) that comes from your employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, or benefits payer OR a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (“OCT”) from your gig economy payer. Bank ACH transfers, Pay Anyone transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, cash deposits, one-time direct deposits, such as tax refunds and other similar transactions, and any deposit that Chime deems to not be legitimate are not Qualifying Direct Deposits.

***Please note that if you make your first Boost Unlimited Plan payment with Chime before receiving a Qualifying Direct Deposit of at least $500.00, that first Boost payment will not qualify you for the $25.00 reward under this Offer.***

Offer Rewards Timing and Limitations

Only after meeting the above referenced Offer 2 eligibility criteria, Chime will credit your Chime Account $25.00 per month for up to 12 months, for a total reward of up to $300.00. The $25.00 Offer 2 monthly reward will be transferred into your Chime Account within seven (7) business days after making your monthly qualifying Boost payment with your Chime Visa Card, so long as you have received a Qualifying Direct Deposit of $500.00+ within the [34 calendar days] prior to your Boost Unlimited plan payment.

Timing to be eligible to receive all 12 monthly rewards: You must (a) receive your first Qualifying Direct Deposit of at least $500.00 by the end of the fourth (4th) month after opening your Chime Account; and (b) make your first Boost Unlimited plan payment with Chime before the end of the fifth (5th) month after opening your Chime Account to be eligible for all 12 months of rewards. Offer 2 expires 16 months after you open your Chime Account. You may receive the rewards under Offer 1 and Offer 2, so long as you meet the applicable eligibility requirements for both Offers. Limit one Offer to receive up to $300.00 in rewards under Offer 2 per customer.

Taxes

Credits of $10 or more will be reported on tax form 1099-INT.
