MERCHANT REWARDS CASH BACK REWARDS OFFER TERMS FOR THE CREDIT BUILDER VISA SECURED CREDIT CARD
This offer on your Credit Builder Visa Secured Credit Card Account (“Credit Builder Account”) is provided by Chime Financial, Inc. (“Chime"). Your participation in this offer is subject to these Offer Terms.
This offer, including these Offer Terms, is subject to the Governing Law and Arbitration provisions of the agreements governing your Credit Builder Account.

OFFER SUMMARY
When you activate your physical Credit Builder card by 10/09/21, you will earn 5% cash back on Eligible Purchases made at Lyft, Dunkin Donuts, and Burger King in the first 91 days of card activation (the “Offer Period”), up to a total of $200.

ELIGIBLE PURCHASES
“Eligible Purchases” mean the dollar amount of purchases of goods and services you make using your Credit Builder Account everywhere Visa credit cards are accepted, minus returns and other credits. Eligible Purchases do not include cash advances, gift cards, disputed transactions, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, fees, purchases of gift cards, or any other transactions that Chime may determine in its sole discretion are not eligible to earn cash back.
OFFER ELIGIBILITY
This offer is by invitation only. In order to activate this offer, you must (1) receive a welcome email with your cash back rewards offer and (2) activate your physical Credit Builder card by 10/09/21. If you do not activate your physical Credit Builder card by 10/09/21, this cash back rewards offer will expire. To opt out of this offer, contact member services in your app by requesting to speak to an agent or call us at 844-244-6363.
You may earn cash back rewards during the Offer Period as long as your Credit Builder Account and Chime Checking Account are open and in good standing. You will not be able to earn cash back rewards if your Credit Builder Account is closed or suspended for any reason.
This offer is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
EARNING CASH BACK REWARDS
You will earn cash back rewards equal to 5% of the dollar amount of the Eligible Purchases made at Lyft, Dunkin Donuts, and Burger King posted to your Credit Builder Account during the Offer Period, up to a total of $200, subject to the following restrictions:
- Lyft
- Dunkin Donuts
- Burger King
There is no minimum amount of Eligible Purchases required before earning cash back rewards. The maximum cash back rewards you may earn during the Offer Period is $200.
Transactions resulting in fractions of cash back rewards will be rounded up to the nearest whole cent if equal to or greater than $0.005 and rounded down if less than $0.005.
WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE CASH BACK REWARDS
During the Offer Period, cash back rewards earned on an Eligible Purchase made at Lyft, Dunkin Donuts, and Burger King will be transferred automatically to your Secured Deposit Account within three days after the end of the week in which the Eligible Purchase posted to your Credit Builder Account.
If you close your Credit Builder Account, any earned cash back rewards not yet transferred to your Secured Deposit Account will be forfeited. If your Credit Builder Account is suspended for any reason, your earned cash back rewards may not be transferred to your Secured Deposit Account until your Credit Builder Account is reinstated.
EXPIRATION AND FORFEITURE
Earned cash back rewards do not expire. Any earned cash back rewards that have not been transferred to your Secured Deposit Account will be forfeited if your Credit Builder Account is closed Stride Bank, N.A., for any reason.
HOW TO VIEW YOUR CASH BACK REWARDS
The cash back rewards you earn on Eligible Purchases will show in the Credit Builder section within your Chime app and on your billing statement. Until any earned cash back rewards are calculated and transferred to your Secured Deposit Account at the end of each week during the Offer Period, any amount of earnings accrual shown in the Chime app are estimates and may be changed based on additional Eligible Purchases and adjustments.
USING YOUR CASH BACK REWARDS
Once any earned cash back rewards are transferred to your Secured Deposit Account, they will be available for use by you for making payments to your Credit Builder Account, or transferring to your Chime Checking Account, subject to the terms and conditions of your Chime Checking Account.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Chime reserves the right to take action if it sees evidence of fraud, abuse, misuse, or suspicious activity, as determined by Chime in its sole discretion. Such action may include but not be limited to:
- Disqualifying you from this offer
- Reducing or taking away earned cash back rewards that have not yet been transferred to your Secured Deposit Account
- Suspending or closing your Credit Builder Account
You acknowledge that this offer is a promotional offer as to which no consideration has been paid to you and that cash back rewards have no cash value. Unless and until the cash back rewards are transferred to your Secured Deposit Account, no tangible or intangible right, title, or interest in the cash back rewards has been earned. Nothing herein requires Chime to transfer any cash back rewards to your Secured Deposit Account if the offer has been canceled, terminated or suspended.
OFFER MODIFICATIONS
Chime reserves the right to change these Offer Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Changes to these Offer Terms may include, among other things, adding a cap to the amount of Eligible Purchases in Spend Categories that will qualify for cash back rewards, modifying Eligible Purchases or Spend Categories, excluding transactions, imposing additional restrictions or terminating the offer.
CASH BACK REWARDS ADJUSTMENTS
Adjustments will be made to your cash back rewards as the result of canceled transactions, refunds or other credits from merchants, and other credits to your Credit Builder Account (including those resulting from successful transaction disputes). Adjustments may cause a negative balance in your cash back rewards. If there are negative cash back rewards at the end of a week during the Offer Period, they will not be transferred to your Secured Deposit Account, but will be shown in the Chime app as a negative cash back rewards balance.
INFORMATION SHARING
You consent and authorize Chime and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates or any non-affiliated third parties with whom it contracts to manage this offer to share information about you and the offer as necessary to effect, administer, enforce, service, or fulfill the terms of the offer.
