Terms and Conditions: In order for you to receive the $125.00 reward and $10.00 temporary SpotMe Bonus Limit increase for this referral incentive (the “Promotion”), the following conditions must be met: (1) you must have an active Chime Checking Account (“Chime Account”); (2) you must send your referral link to consumers who do not have a Chime Account (the “Referred Party” Party); (3) you must meet SpotMe eligibility requirements; (4) at least one of the Referred Party must successfully enroll in a Chime Account within 10 days of you receiving notice of the Promotion; and (5) the Referred Party must receive a Qualifying Direct Deposit of $200 or more into their Chime Account within 45 days of enrolling in Chime. A Qualifying Direct Deposit is a deposit by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) that comes from your employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, or benefits payer OR a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (“OCT”) from the member’s gig economy payer. Bank ACH transfers, Pay Anyone transfers (f/k/a Pay Friends transfers), verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, and cash loads or deposits, one-time direct deposits, such as tax refunds and other similar transactions are not Qualifying Direct Deposits. You will receive the $125.00 incentive reward deposited into your Chime Account generally within seven (7) calendar days after the above criteria are satisfied. You may receive in-app banners, push notifications, and email notifications alerting you to the existence of this incentive and your eligibility to participate, but this is not a criteria to participate. You may earn no more than $50.00 in SpotMe Bonus Limit increase rewards and may earn no more than $1,000.00 in monetary referral rewards per calendar year (January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022 and January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023). No member’s SpotMe limit may exceed $200. Any earned SpotMe Bonus Limit increases from this Promotion in your bonus queue (“Bonus Queue”) not yet added to your SpotMe limit (due to the promotional limit cap) will be added to your SpotMe limit on a rolling basis as the previously added SpotMe increases from this referral reward expire. Once a temporary SpotMe Bonus Limit increase ends, you may no longer earn SpotMe increases on that referral reward, however the earned SpotMe bonuses in your Bonus Queue will not be lost. Any SpotMe Bonus limit increase you earn in this Promotion will expire 184 calendar days from the Referred Party receiving a Qualifying Direct Deposit. If you lose SpotMe eligibility, and the Referred Party completes the above conditions, you will receive the $10 temporary SpotMe Bonus limit increase referral reward only when you regain SpotMe eligibility. To be eligible for SpotMe, you must receive a single deposit of $200 or more in Qualifying Direct Deposits to your Chime Account each month and must activate your Chime Visa debit card. Chime reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this offer, or terminate Referrer’s and Referred’s Party eligibility, at any time with or without prior notice. Credits that Members receive of $600 or more in a calendar year will be reported on tax form 1099-MISC. Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A., or Stride Bank, N.A., Members FDIC.
