2025 Pay Anyone Holiday Incentive Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

A maximum of 70,000 Rewards will be offered for this Promotion. Chime will alert participants when the limit of 70,000 Rewards has been reached, via an in app notification. Please check your Chime mobile app notification center prior to sending a Transfer to determine whether the limit has been reached. Chime reserves the right to modify the duration of or terminate the Promotion. Once maximum rewards are reached, the Promotion will end. Any Transfers sent after receiving in-app notification of the end of the Promotion or after the Promotion End Date, whichever comes first, will not count towards this Promotion. 

In order for a Chime Member (“Member”) to receive the $10.00 reward (“Reward”) for this Holiday Gifting promotion (the “Promotion”), the Member must meet the following conditions: (1) receive an advertisement from Chime via email or push notification notifying them of the existence of this Promotion (“Invitation”); (2) have an active Chime Checking Account (“Checking Account”) in good standing and have activated one of their physical Chime Visa® cards, such as their Chime Visa® Debit Card, secured Chime Credit Builder Visa® Credit Card, or secured Chime Visa® Credit Card; (3) have sent a qualifying Pay Anyone transfer (“Transfer”) to one recipient during the duration of the Promotion (the recipient can be a Member or non-Member); and (4) the Transfer must be $10.00 or more and include a “gift (🎁) emoji” in the subject line of the Transfer in the Chime mobile app. If the recipient of the Transfer is a non-Member, then that non-Member recipient must have successfully claimed the funds by either using a valid U.S. debit card or by opening a Chime Checking Account no later than 12 hours after the Promotion End Date. If the non-Member recipient claims the funds by either a valid U.S. debit card or by opening a Chime Checking Account 12+ hours after the Promotion End Date, or if the Transfer is sent after receiving an in app notification alerting participants of the end of the Promotion, the Reward will not be granted. Eligible Members may only participate in the Promotion one time and may only receive the Reward once. The Promotion will run from the date and time the Member receives the Invitation to January 1, 2026 12:00 AM PST / 03:00 AM EST (“Promotion End Date”), or as otherwise determined by Chime. Chime reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Promotion, or terminate Member’s eligibility, at any time with or without prior notice. The Reward will be deposited into the Member’s Chime Checking Account up to 30 business days after fulfillment of the above conditions. Chime reserves the right to delay payment to verify Member eligibility. 

This Promotion is provided by Chime Financial, Inc. (“Chime”). Credits of $600 or more will be reported on tax form 1099-MISC for Members. Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank, N.A., Members FDIC.
