Addendum to the Chime Membership Tiers Terms and Conditions (“Addendum”)

You are eligible for early access to Investing through the Chime mobile app because you have Chime Prime status. Investing is not yet available to all Chime members, even those with Chime Prime status. There are no advisory fees associated with use of Investing through the Chime mobile app so long as you maintain Chime Prime status. However, during this early access period, you may not be charged advisory fees even if you lose your Chime Prime status during this initial early access phase.
