FOR THE SECURED CHIME VISA® CREDIT CARD.
This limited time 10% cash back promotional offer on your secured Chime Visa® Credit Card ("Chime Card") is provided by Chime Financial, Inc. ("Chime"). Your participation in this offer (the "Offer") is subject to these offer terms ("Offer Terms"). Offer valid for a limited time only. You must activate the Offer within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the Offer invitation. This Offer, including these Offer Terms, is subject to the Governing Law and Arbitration provisions of the Chime User Agreement.
The Secured Chime Visa® Credit Card - Cash Rewards Program Addendum (“Cash Rewards Addendum”) governs your Chime Card 1.5% cash rewards experience when you have Chime+ status and use your Chime Card to make eligible purchases on rotating categories. This Offer to earn 10% Cash Back is in addition to your ability to earn 1.5% cash back. Please see the Cash Rewards Addendum for more information on 1.5% cash back and your Chime app for information on the applicable rotating spend categories.

OFFER SUMMARY
Under this Offer, when you have Chime+ status, activate the Offer either in your Chime app or via a Chime marketing email, and make up to three (3) Eligible Purchase(s), you can earn 10% cash back up to a maximum of $15.00 (“10% Cash Back”). There is a $5.00 cash back per Eligible Purchase maximum for this Offer. This maximum does not apply to the 1.5% cash back referenced above. Eligible Purchases must be made within 30 calendar days after you activate this Offer (the “Offer Period”). In order to receive the cash back rewards as detailed in these Offer Terms, you must meet the eligibility criteria described in the Offer Eligibility section below.
ELIGIBILE PURCHASES
“Eligible Purchases” mean the dollar amount of credit purchases of goods and services you make at a merchant using your physical or virtual Chime Card everywhere Visa credit cards are accepted, minus returns and other credits. Not all transactions qualify as Eligible Purchases, so please review the Eligible Purchase exclusions list carefully. Eligible Purchases exclude cash advances, ATM withdrawals, over-the-counter (“OTC”) withdrawals, gift cards, disputed transactions, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, tax payments, transfers to third party payment accounts, money transfers of any kind, wire transfers, ATM charges, travelers checks, money orders, foreign currency payments, payments to stock brokerages or securities broker-dealers, casino gaming or gambling, cryptocurrency purchases or funding, any other quasi-cash transactions, rent payments, bill payments (including, but not limited to bills for governmental agencies, such as taxes, bail payments, fines, fees; doctors; professional services; education; childcare; charities; insurance; real estate; utilities; general contractors), or any other transactions that Chime may determine in its sole discretion are not eligible to earn cash back.
OFFER ELIGIBILITY AND EARNING REWARDS
This section outlines the eligibility requirements for the Offer. You must meet all applicable eligibility requirements in order to receive the 10% Cash Back. You must:
- Receive an Offer invitation in your Chime app, push notification, email, or other advertisement;
- Activate the Offer in your Chime app or in a Chime Offer marketing email within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the Offer invitation;
- Have Chime+ status at the time you activate the Offer;
- Be enrolled in Chime Card and remain in good standing;Fund your Chime Card Secured Deposit Account via the methods available;
- For purchases with your physical Chime Card, you must first activate the physical card (in accordance with normal physical card activation requirements); and
- Make up to three (3) Eligible Purchases with your physical or virtual Chime Card during the Offer Period.
The Offer to participate expires after seven (7) calendar days of receiving it, so you must activate the Offer by that date and make any Eligible Purchase(s) during the Offer Period. For avoidance of doubt, you are not eligible for this Offer if you did not receive an ad in your Chime app or in any method described above.
After activating the Offer, you will be able to earn cash back rewards equal to 10% of the dollar amount of up to three (3) Eligible Purchases posted to your Chime Card during the Offer Period, up to the maximum. Transactions resulting in fractions of cash back rewards will be rounded up to the nearest whole cent if equal to or greater than $0.005 and rounded down if less than $0.005.

You may earn cash back rewards during the Offer Period as long as your Chime Card and Secured Deposit Account are open and in good standing. You will not be able to earn cash back rewards if your Chime Card and Secured Deposit Account are closed or suspended for any reason.
This Offer is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
CHIME+ STATUS
You must have Chime+ status at the time you activate the Offer. For more information on Chime+ status, along with eligibility criteria, please refer to the Chime+ Terms and Conditions.
WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE CASH BACK REWARDS
Cash back rewards earned on an Eligible Purchase will be transferred automatically to your Secured Deposit Account within seven (7) business days after final processing of the Eligible Purchase in your Chime Card account. The first three (3) Eligible Purchases that are posted and processed will earn the 10% Cash Back, in the order in which final processing occurs.
EXPIRATION AND FORFEITURE
Earned cash rewards do not expire. Any earned cash rewards for this Offer that have not been transferred to your Secured Deposit Account will be forfeited if your Chime Card is closed for any reason. If your Chime Card is suspended for any reason, your earned cash back rewards will only be transferred to your Secured Deposit Account if your Chime Card is moved back into good standing within 7 calendar days after suspension.
HOW TO VIEW YOUR CASH BACK REWARDS
The cash back rewards you earn on Eligible Purchases will be shown in your Chime app and on your billing statement.
USING YOUR CASH BACK REWARDS
Once any earned cash back rewards are transferred to your Secured Deposit Account, they will be available for use by you, and reflected in your Available amount and on your billing statement.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Chime reserves the right to take action if it sees evidence of fraud, abuse, misuse, or suspicious activity, as determined by Chime in its sole discretion. Such action may include but not be limited to:
- Disqualifying you from this Offer.
- Reducing or taking away earned cash rewards that have not yet been transferred to your Secured Deposit Account.
- Suspending or closing your Chime Card account / Secured Deposit Account.
You acknowledge that this Offer is a promotional offer as to which no consideration has been paid to you and that cash rewards earned, but not yet paid, have no cash value. Unless and until the cash rewards are transferred to your Secured Deposit Account, no tangible or intangible right, title, or interest in the cash rewards has been earned. Nothing herein requires Chime to transfer any cash rewards to your Secured Deposit Account if this Offer has been canceled, terminated or suspended.
OFFER MODIFICATIONS
Chime reserves the right to change these Offer Terms at any time in its sole discretion without prior notice to you. Changes to these Offer Terms may include, among other things, adding a cap to the amount of cash back rewards you may earn, modifying the definition of Eligible Purchases, excluding transactions, imposing additional restrictions, modifying the Offer to participate expiration date or Offer Period duration, or terminating the Offer.
CASH BACK REWARDS ADJUSTMENTS
Adjustments will be made to your cash rewards as the result of canceled transactions, refunds or other credits from merchants, and other credits to your Chime Card account (including those resulting from successful transaction disputes).
