This offer is valid for 34 calendar days from the date the Invitation is received and while rewards last (the “Participation Period”). Chime reserves the right to modify the duration of the Participation Period or terminate the offer. In order for the Chime member (“Member” or “you”) to qualify and receive the reward under this offer, which is an amount equal to the Member’s negative Chime Checking Account balance (calculated at the time the Invitation is received and prior to the Qualifying Direct Deposit) (“Reward”), all of the following conditions must be satisfied: the Member must (1) receive an advertisement via email, push notification, or in-app banner notifying them of the existence of the offer (the “Invitation”); (2) have an open and active Chime Checking Account with a balance of no less than -$25 and not greater than $0 (at the time this Invitation is received) and (3) receive a single Qualifying Direct Deposit of $200.00 or more into their Chime Checking Account (“Account”) within the Participation Period. A “Qualifying Direct Deposit” is a deposit by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) from your employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, or benefits payer, a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (“OCT”) from your gig economy payer. Bank ACH transfers, Pay Anyone transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, cash deposits, one-time direct deposits, such as tax refunds and other similar transactions, and any deposit to which Chime deems to not be a qualifying direct deposit are not Qualifying Direct Deposits.

Members may earn no more than one (1) Reward under this offer. The Reward will be deposited into the Member’s Account within ten (10) business days after the Member completes the eligibility criteria during the Participation Period. Chime reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any reward offer or terminate a Member’s eligibility at any time with or without prior notice.
