Terms and Conditions: In order for a Chime member (the “Referrer”) to receive the $115.00 reward for this referral incentive (the “Promotion”), the following conditions must be met: (1) the Referrer must have an active Chime Checking Account (“Chime Account”); (2) the Referrer must send referrals to consumers who do not have a Chime Account (“Referees”); (3) at least one of the Referees must successfully enroll in a Chime Account within 30 days of the Referrer receiving notice of the Promotion; and (4) Referee must receive a Qualifying Direct Deposit of $200 or more into their Chime Account within 45 days of enrolling in Chime. A Qualifying Direct Deposit is a deposit by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) that comes from your employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, or benefits payer OR a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (OCT) from your gig economy payer. Bank ACH transfers, Pay Anyone transfers (f/k/a Pay Friends transfers), verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, and cash loads or deposits, one-time direct deposits, such as tax refunds and other similar transactions are not Qualifying Direct Deposits. Eligible Referrers will receive the $115.00 incentive reward deposited into their Chime Account generally within seven (7) calendar days after the above criteria are satisfied. Eligible Referrers may receive in-app banners, push notifications, and email notifications alerting them to the existence of this incentive and their eligibility to participate, but this is not a criteria to participate. Chime reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this offer, or terminate Referrer’s and Referee’s eligibility, at any time with or without prior notice. Credits of $600 or more will be reported on tax form 1099-MISC for Referrers. Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank, N.A., Members FDIC.
